**Job Role**: Personal Training Apprentice

**Location**: Energie Fitness Bow - Caspian Wharf Violet Road, London, E3 3FW

**Salary**: Apprenticeship Wage

**Hours**: 25hrs per week (Days to be confirmed with Manager upon appointment)

**Duration**: 15 months fixed term

- 6 hourly training as a collective during the week as their training
- High calibre fitness professionals to guide them in the right direction

- Some cleaning to do with equipment to understand the discipline and business running of the gym
- Shadowing on classes until qualified
- Assessment/consultation advice
- Sales pitches to current prospects and existing prospects

**Responsibilities**:

- To challenge and support clients in ways that enables them to achieve their goals
- To maintain integrity and honesty that builds trust with our personal training member community
- To promote and deliver exceptional results through Energie Empower Programme
- To maintain focus on individual clients’ needs and not on your own preconceived ideas of fitness regimes and imaging
- To receive and promote great client testimonials on the outcomes of their ongoing personal training experience
- To work with colleagues to ensure that all clubs members feel that they belong with Energie
- To build on-line capacity that enables you to sustain contact with members
- Upon successful completion of in-house training, be responsible for opening/closing of the facility when required.

**Desired qualifications**
- NVQ or SVQ Level 2 or equivalent Fitness Instructor (Grade Pass) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) desirable

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Work Location: In person
