MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their People team with a Senior Recruiter. This role will preferably be based as Hybrid working with a combination of working at our frameworks office throughout the UK and some home working. Within this role you will partner and offer extensive support to the various business divisions in all aspects of recruitment and selection, including supporting our recruitment strategies, direct sourcing and support on systems integration.

You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and the responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety of different skill sets

Deliver comprehensive recruitment advice ensuring compliance with company policies and excellent recruitment practice

Collaborating with the Hiring Managers to gain a full understanding of their recruitment needs; offering them advice and guidance where required

Build and maintain close, appropriate, and productive relationships with relevant business unit leaders internally and with clients

Promoting and supporting our internal referrals programme to drive engagement from all areas of the business

Manage the End-to-End recruitment process in line with our systems ensuring compliance and best business practice is always upheld

Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups

Lead and support on systems improvements to ensure efficiencies and compliance is upheld within the ERP system
