Home Instead Salford and Worsley is an “Outstanding” rated home care provider helping adults to remain living independently at home. We are an award-winning local business and are looking for someone who will identify with our mission to be the best local care provider.

The Recruitment Champion role is vital to the ongoing success of our business because without our Caregivers we wouldn't be able to offer the Outstanding service we are recognised for.

We are ideally looking for someone with recruitment experience (although not essential) who can create and deliver a pro-active recruitment strategy positioning Home Instead as the employer of choice in the home care sector. Like the CAREGivers you will be recruiting, no experience in care is required, just a desire to make a difference.

This is a varied, challenging but highly rewarding role where you will be using a variety of different sources seeking those who can make a difference every day to the lives of our clients.

**Qualifications**:
You will need:

- An excellent working knowledge and experience of managing the whole recruitment cycle (or willing to learn).
- To be very good at managing relationships at all levels, be able to keep up with what is going on within a very fast-paced environment/industry and have a keen eye for detail.
- A friendly and adaptable communication style and the ability to engage with people both face to face and over the phone.
- A Full Driving Licence and your own vehicle are essential.
- Salary and benefits package depending on experience.
