Reporting to the Planning Lead, the Planning Administrator will work collaboratively across all areas of the Planning & Space function as a key support role within the Planning Team, providing support with intakes, stocks and depot availability while utilising key IT systems.

**What You'll Do**:
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

- ** Stock Management**: Ensure all options are available for ordering, manage PSR queries, and liaise with the Supply Chain team.
- ** Intake**: Support timely stock arrival, prioritize stocks, assist with air freight, and drive commercial decisions.
- ** Reporting**: Update weekly reports, support decisions with data, and manage stock availability updates.
- ** Planning Team Support**: Complete data entry, raise work orders, and support RTVs.
- ** People & Collaboration**: Deliver accurate information, gather data, manage workload with teams, and take responsibility for career progression.

**What you'll bring**:

- Retail, fashion or Assistant Merchandising previous experience
- Qualifications in Fashion, Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Maths, or a similar discipline are beneficial.
- Excel, PowerPoint and Systems literacy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Work as a united partner with effective communication abilities, show a deep understanding of emotional dynamics, and handle discussions with professional tact.
