**Salary**: Circa £21,000 per annum

**Location**: Reading (with some flexibility for home working)

**Contract type**: Permanent

These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support schools and teachers around England, we are seeking **Programme Administrator** to support the planning and implementation of one of our UK Education programmes, providing flexible support working with both internal and external stakeholders as required.

As a **Programme Administrator, **you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to one of our UK Programmes. The role will be working closely with the rest of the Project Management team as well as the Education, Operations and Technology teams to support the day-to-day delivery of the programme.

**You will have**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of providing administrative support and coordination to a team / department
- Proven experience of dealing with, and responding to, multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
