**Business Administrator**

**Northwich/Hybrid Role (one day in the office)**

**£23,500 - £25,000**

My client is looking to recruit a business administrator for a hybrid role in Northwich. The role will involve being in the office one day each week and the other four days working from home. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Team to onboard new clients and support existing clients across their company. You will also perform general client scheduled and ad hoc reporting duties across the company.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Support the onboarding of new clients with the Technology team/IT Service provider.
- Action and monitor clients’ accounts ensuring SLAs are met.
- Manage billing and invoicing
- Attend client performance review meetings to develop reports
- Manage shared mailboxes and provide a timely response
- Monitor customer experience using survey platforms such as AskNicely and SurveyMonkey.
- Produce detailed monthly feedback information

**Skills required**
- The ability to manage multiple key tasks, whilst working well under pressure
- Have strong change management skills
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills through to Director level.
- Good persuasive skills and determination to deliver and maintain results.
- The ability to create detailed MI notes
- The ability to create invoices and understand credit control
- Clear, concise written communication skills.
- Computer literate with experience of MS Office as well as an understanding of a leading CRM system.
