**Job Overview**

This role would suit a new graduate or someone looking to move into the events sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating ad hoc event logistics
- Support with guest list management and RSVP tracking
- Support with creation of marketing campaigns and collateral
- Aid in creating event timelines and schedules
- Assist in liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Help with on-site event setup and coordination
- Contribute to post-event evaluations and reports

**Experience Required**
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Educated to degree level

Working hours will be 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday, with days in the office required Tuesday and Wednesday. The remainder of the week can be either WFH or in the office. Attendance and international events may be required so a passport and clearance to work in the UK are required.

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: £20,000.00 per year
