**Job Title: Part-Time Lead Development Coach (Potential Full-Time)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Lead Development Coach with a background in a professional academy. This part-time role has the potential to become full-time based on performance and academy needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and deliver one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and assist with elite holiday camps.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, parents, and team members.
- Create a positive, vibrant environment at Evolve.
- Embrace feedback and continuous learning to advance your coaching career.
- Attend Continuous Professional Development (CPD) events to stay at the forefront of elite coaching.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in developing players at grass-root or academy level.
- Professional playing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to commit to at least three days of coaching per week.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for football and player development.
- Tactical and technical coaching skills.
- Patience, hardworking attitude, punctuality, and time management.
- Customer service skills.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
