No previous experience needed in Medical Engineering before, you just need skills such as dexterity, problem solving approach, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot with a great attention to detail.

We can train you on all the rest with our comprehensive training packages and excellent team mentoring and development. This role will need to be proactive in taking independent action and have a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.

**DUTIES**
- Working as part of a production line in a cleanroom environment, inspecting, cleaning and pouching medical devices and packing into specific product packaging.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Assist with the Sterilisation, Cleaning and Pouching process and preparation.
- Labelling and Packing instruments for distribution.
- Evaluate, and assemble, repair and/or inspect medical instruments to assure proper function.
- Willingness to support other team members and production management in the smooth running of the cleanroom.
- Assist with resolving process issues with supervisors and engineering.
- Ensure to accurately complete all instrument records and maintain these records.
- Conduct and support process audits to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Providing high standard of quality control checks.

**EXPECTATIONS**
- Good team working skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to use various hand tools required for assembling medical devices.
- Physical capability to sit and stand at work station up to 8 hours/day.
- Have no allergies to chemicals and solvents.
- Able to wear cleanroom attire.
- Able to comply with standards of cleanliness required.

**HOURS OF WORK**
- MONDAY - FRIDAY
- 08:00 - 17:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
