This busy Risk and Compliance department develops and maintains this law firm's Risk Management policies and procedures and ensures that they are implemented and adhered to across the firm. They also provide guidance, updates, general advice and where necessarytraining on regulatory and compliance issues. As part of your role you will be responsible for managing complaints, renewals of the firm's professional indemnity insurance and investigate potential negligence claims, the annual practising certificate and authorisedbody renewal process, supervising administrative tasks including a comprehensive internal file audit programme and delivering risk & compliance training. Applications are sought from Risk & Compliance Assistant’s with a professional approach along with excellentcommunication skills, the ability to work under pressure and good attention to detail. Excellent IT skills and previous relevant administrative work experience and understanding of risk and compliance processes are essential. Applications are sought from solicitorsor legal assistants, with strong academics, who has gained experience with a leading law firm. With c2 to 4 years’ experience working in a similar risk role with operational compliance experience.
