As a Sales Coordinator you know the importance of delivering excellent customer service with the highest attention to the detail and you will thrivein a fast-moving environment, pride yourself in being organised, methodical and analytical. **In more detail your role will include**: - Being a product expert and giving high-value support to all our customers via our distributors - Ensuring the smoothest ordering and delivering process via our distributors, with high standard level interactions across departments - Dealing in the most efficient way with all complaints received, looking into customer satisfaction and profit impact of decisions - Using an analytical approach to spot risks and opportunities across distributors - Being the go to support for the BDMs **We would love to hear from you if you have...** - Have 1 years’ experience in a similar role - Have high accuracy and attention to detail - Are someone with an analytical mindset and strong communication and organisational skills - Have the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers - Have a problem-solving attitude **About us** We believe that our People make Medik8 who we are.
