We are a small accountancy practice based in Elsworth, looking for an organised office administrator to join their team on a part time basis to provide the team with administration and client support.
**Job Role**:
- Document and file management
- General office administration, handling incoming calls and inbox management
- Administer and maintain office supplies
- Client onboarding
- Diary management
- Client communication
- Software and Database maintenance
**Desirable Skills (training and support available)**:
- Customer service focused
- Good attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Enjoy working as part of a team and the ability to work in a busy office environment
- Good communication skills
- Logical thinker
