**Behaviour Support Worker - Making a Difference in Primary School of Portsmouth**

**Position**:Behaviour Support Worker**
**Salary Range**:£12.82 - £14.72 per hour**
**Location: Portsmouth**

**About the Role**:
As a **Behaviour Support Worker**, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
- Supporting the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.
