**Role Responsibilities**:
- To process patient referrals through to outside agencies
- To process incoming online consultations
- To process patient complaints in line with the practice complaints policy
- To process safeguarding correspondence as per the practice policy
- To update social media platforms and the practice website as instructed by the assistant admin manager
- To promptly action tasks in relevant task boxes and those assigned personally
- To be aware of GDPR requirements and ensure these are adhered to
- Manage own time, workload, and resources
- Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patient’s healthcare records

- Photocopy documentation as required
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Carry out system searches as requested
- Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested
- To be aware of GDPR requirements and ensure these are adhered to
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- A professional telephone manner.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Previous experience using SystmOne.
- A flexible pro-active approach to work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise task effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in difficult situations.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
