**Job Title: NPD Technologist - Bars, Foods, Snacks**

**As an NPD Technologist BFS (Bars, Foods & Snacks), you'll**:

- Analyse and consolidate market research and consumer insights
- Formulate new and existing products in line with consumer insights, ensuring compliance and approved claims
- Project-manage new launches, collaborating with procurement, compliance, brand and creative teams
- Create detailed product specifications, including packaging compliance
- Brief suppliers on new ingredients while considering technical, operational, and commercial constraints
- Research and report on market trends, supporting cross-functional teams to bring products to successful launch

**What skills and experience do I need for this role?**
- Nutrition/Food Technology degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's experience in NPD
- Experience with Bakery NPD
- Understanding of NPD processes from concept through to launch
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Capable of working well under pressure to deliver against strict deadlines
- Interest in fitness, weight management/supplements, health, and wellbeing
- Understanding of industry standards and compliance
