**Group Finance Director (Service)**

Hamilton Woods Executive Search (HWES) requires a dynamic, commercially minded, hands on finance director to join, an established, growth driven services group as part of the leadership team. Looking to continue its growth strategy, this group needs a processdriven, technical, proactive, team-oriented finance professional with demonstrable experience leading a growth driven business whilst business partnering with the board.
As Finance Director you will spearhead the day to day running of all aspects of the group finance function, including cash, monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, analysis of profitability and sales.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed annual budget in conjunction with the Group CEO and Group Managing Director.
- Prepare detailed forecast when requested by the UK Group, holding and multiple UK Subsidiaries in conjunction with the board.
- Production of statutory and consolidated accounts for the Group and multiple entities.
- Production of accurate Management Accounts for the UK Group, holding and multiple UK Subsidiaries
- Report and investigate variances to standard whilst managing the company cash flows.
- Manage the preparation of reports and filings to ensure compliance with all Taxation matters including Corporation Tax, VAT, and Payroll Taxes.
- Manage and develop a growing finance team.
- Manage relationships with the external Audit team and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- A qualified technically strong accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- 8 - 10 years PQE with a mixture of commercial, and operational experience within a growth driven group.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to business partner at group level.
- A track record of delivering top levels of performance within an acquisitive growing SME business and diverse group.
- Very strong MRP and Excel skills.
- A background in a growing service organisation would be a distinct advantage.

**Package**:
