This established business has enjoyed consistent profitable growth over the last decade, and the Group Finance Director will be a keypart of the Operating Board. **Your new role** As the Group Finance Director you will partner the executive team and your duties and responsibilities will include: - Annual budgeting and forecasting - Management and financial accounting - Cash flow management and liaison with the Groups Banking Partners - Strategic analysis of operational and financial business performance - Business partner to CEO and board - Lead the statutory audit and reporting process. - Act as company secretary **What you'll need to succeed** - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification - Minimum of 10 years financial experience - Demonstrable experience of implementing process and controls in a fast-paced environment - Experience dealing with Financial Institutions and negotiating optimal banking and financing solutions - The ability to manage a large Finance team effectively, delivering a "no surprises" culture where teamwork and integrity is valued **What you’ll receive** A competitive salary, but more than that - You’ll be joining a business where colleagues are truly valued, and where you will play a central part of the Operating Boards strategy for the growth and development of the business.
