**Sales Administrator **to join an established manufacturer on the outskirts of Horsham.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and building great relationships with customers.- Respond to customer enquiries, quotations and advise on lead times to secure sale.- Handle end to end process of sales orders from customers.- Monitor the internal stock system in accordance with the company's stockholding.- Liaising with Purchasing, Logistics and Sales team to ensure smooth process for customers.- Source and negotiate price for product and delivery from external suppliers to maximise profit.- Action amendments to sales orders where appropriate.- Ensure all data is present and correct.The Person
- Great organisational skills with a great attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent telephone manner- Good numeracy skills to calculate correct pricing for products and sale enquiries- Ability to offer fantastic customer service and achieve deadlines efficiently- A positive outlook when handling pressure and able to use own initiative to solve and overcome a problem.- Previous experience within manufacturing / distribution sales industry would be beneficial but not essential.The Package
- Up to £24,000pa + annual bonus- 8.30am - 5.15pm Monday to Thursday & early Friday finish- 28 days holiday, free parking, pension & much more
