**Job Overview**:
We're seeking a Graphically minded Marketing person who will initially undertake content creation which will quickly evolve into being Global Head of Marketing whilst part of the core initial team which will take this vision to a Global level. This role will require close liaison with the Directors hence close contact with the Preston office is essential. This role does not primarily focus on social media marketing, the initial start will be simple flyers through the door.

**What success looks like**:

- Content creation is the heart of what you will do.
- Research, and some more research of what works
- Trial and error mindset to try in stages new ideas and focus on what works.
- Helping create simple A5 flyers for leaflet drops.
- Create short but sweet SMS messages
- Creating WhatsApp Marketing content, groups & communities.
- Use and Manage platforms such as Canva / Mailchimp.
- Segmentation of audiences - and the right message to the right audience
- Liaising with others in the industry be it freelancers, workers in India, London agencies, be comfortable trying to build input.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in Marketing showing a decade of passion in the field.
- Concise writing of messages, short and sweet should be your style.
- Amazing communicator of budget and time expected to upper management
- Hand drawing / whiteboard of concepts and explain both from customer insights and
- 3D modelling skills would be great advantage.
- Knowledge of using ChatGPT or other base AI tools to bring critical thinking to ideas and content creation - using AL well and fluidly to bring about logical solutions.
- Familiarity with Canva / MailChimp / Adobe tools.

**Preferred Qualifications / Experiences**:

- A proven history in Marketing / Branding a mastery of the profession with at least 10,000 hours of career worked in this field.
- some investment in courses, learning new it Skills, Tools, or Mindset - it can be formal or informal anything from paid courses to YouTube videos.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
