Business Executive

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Act as lead Client Manager across sub contractors and clients, raise purchase orders and quotations.
- Manage the Deals flow process between all stakeholders.
- Deputize for Company Directors in their absence.
- Oversee the Huddersfield Office activities on a daily basis.
- Act as HR coordinator to company Directors.
- Manage the relationship with the external HR Advisory provider.
- Lead on team training and personal development.
- Lead in the creation and management of company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, company staff and contractors to facilitate office activity.
- Maintain company databases e.g. Excel, Dropbox, Xero.
- Manage the company diary including booking and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in new business development (this may include attending networking events, cold calling, LinkedIn searches).
- Coordinate, and carry out office administration including reception, mail, couriers, filing.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as directed by company directors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
