Marketing Operations Executive

SimplyBiz is the largest provider of regulatory and business support to financial advisers in the UK and an exciting opportunity now exists to join this innovative and market leading business, in the role of Marketing Operations Executive.

This role is based in our Huddersfield office (HD1) where we operate a hybrid working model, providing a balance between home and office working.

**Role overview**:
As a Marketing Operations Executive you'll be working as part of the busy and fast paced marketing department. This is a key role focusing on the delivery of core group digital marketing activity, namely:

- Event promotion (in-person and virtual)
- Publications (hard copy)
- Videos
- Social media
- Direct Mail
- Brochures

The role will report to the Digital Operations Manager and will work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver digital activity to help to retain and grow the membership of SimplyBiz. You will be part of a team tasked with:

- Membership and client growth
- Membership and client retention
- Proposition traction
- Partner requirements
- Event bookings

**What you'll be doing**:

- Ensuring content is sourced, checked and approved in line with the schedule
- Liaising with third parties such as design and print agencies
- Liaising with internal team and external design agencies for the creation of print and digital comms materials
- Working with the Marketing Executive to create a bank of social media content
- Working alongside the Digital Operations Manager to manage the workload of the communication and design teams to ensure timely delivery, and to a high standard, including:

- Overseeing the creation and delivery of digital magazines
- Overseeing and assisting with the creation and deployment of events, including the booking site, streaming platform and feedback tools
- Working with the Digital Operations Manager to ensure that accurate member and client data is available for all communications
- Working with our Data Analysts to understand how digital communications are performing and make recommendations for improvement
- Be aware of current trends for communications systems and recommend relevant changes where relevant

**What you need to succeed**:

- Experience of multi-channel marketing (including digital)
- Experience of working as part of a team delivering a comprehensive communications programme across multiple platforms
- Marketing communications delivery experience, particularly the planning, production and delivery of online and print communications and general e-marketing
- A relevant marketing qualification (desirable)
