**Marketing Administrator**
Role Purpose
The Marketing Administrator will be expected to support the delivery of the marketing plan for our Leased & Tenanted Pubs at Greene King, with the goal of assisting the Marketing team to meet their objective of delivering an insight-driven marketing strategy,based on consumer and competitor trends. To also help create market leading tools and impactful campaigns to ensure pubs optimise sales and gain competitive advantage.
Key Accountabilities
General Team Admin
- To manage key administrative functions across the marketing team in a timely and efficient manner
- Support diary management for key team activities and meetings
- Support on team meetings with taking minutes and chasing actions for next meeting
Promotional activity
- Reporting and managing promotions tracker - weekly KPI reports
- Point of Sale request to suppliers once a week - kits/KPIs with supplier delivery
- Weekly reporting back to team on promotion qualifiers
- Manage the distribution of key event kits throughout the estate
- Co-ordinate nominations for supplier events
- Advertise deals on Facebook
- Pull together the annual Key Dates calendar
Marketing Budget (supplier income and spend)
- Raise purchase orders and manage spend trackers, regularly updating the Senior Marketing Manager on activity spend
- Supplier invoicing when approved - invoice every month
- Monthly meeting for reconciliation with Finance Team
Capex (Capital Expenditure) Schemes/Developments
- Track all schemes and liaise with Business Development Managers on support as per packages agreed.Make sure Digital, POS, Glassware, PR is all covered
SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers) Project Administrator
- Track number of pubs and set up new accounts on request of Business Development Managers
- Update info with Agreements Team
Reporting
- Weekly House List for broader team
- Manage BT and SKY site lists
- Monthly category reporting and supplier distribution lists
Person Specification:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse data preferable
- Good grasp of numbers
- Knowledge of drinks categories would be beneficial
- Excellent communicator - happy to liaise with external suppliers, Business Development Managers and pubs
- Very well organised and self-motivated
- Keen attention to detail
- Happy to muck in with the team
- Always seeking to improve quality and service for our internal / external stakeholders
