Joining our team of Legal Claims Handlers, or Legal Case Handlers if you prefer, is guaranteed to kickstart your career within the Legal sector. You will gain knowledge across a vast range of legal services, while contacting clients, gathering informationabout their circumstances and as a result, qualifying their claims.

What we look for in our people is a keen interest in Law, many are Law Graduates, looking for their chance to gain vital Legal or case experience, to progress their career. Others, have previous experience working as a Claims/Case Handler or Advisor andwant to join a firm which offers excellent progression opportunities and a robust training programme.

What do our Legal Claims Handlers do? You spend our day on the telephone, contacting Clients and validating their claim. You will verify the information they have submitted online, adding this to our PROCLAIM IT system, discussing their circumstances toqualify their claim. We cover a wide range of claims, in various areas of law. No two cases are the same.

This is a fast paced, target driven environment and therefore is best suited to motivated, self-starters, who like to work as part of a successful team while playing your own part, in achieving successful results. We are all working from home and will continueto do so on a permanent basis. Please note, we prefer your 1-week induction to be office based, in a COVID safe environment, but if you are unable to travel to our Manchester site, training can be done remotely.

We offer an attractive package; monthly paid salary, bonus, 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, a company pension scheme and sick pay. There are more perks, but we don't want to spoil you at this point
