**The Role**

As a member of our Patient Experience Team you are at the forefront in making sure that our patients receive a 5 star service. You will be working from one of our brand new central London clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, fast moving medical technology organisation where the patient is at the centre of everything we do.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients in our clinics
- Assist doctors with any issues
- Carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure the clinic is kept clean and tidy
- Act as a chaperone for patients as required
- Raise any issues to the relevant manager

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 1 year customer service or reception experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Friendly and personable manner both in person and over the telephone
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate
- You will be working from one of our London clinics. Remote working is not available in this role.
- Full time and part time positions are available. Some weekend, early morning and evening work is required. The current earliest start is 8am and the latest finish is 8pm. Weekend work is paid an additional £2 per hour.
- You will be required to obtain a DBS check which will be arranged by us.

**Benefits & Culture**
- Full Time: £28,000 / year
- Part Time: £14 / hr midweek; £16.22 / hr weekends
- Rates inclusive of £10% performance bonus paid monthly

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
