**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Prepare reports and documents using Google Suite and other office software.
- Provide clerical support including typing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication across departments.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry capabilities.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £10.92-£12.53 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
