Responsibilities as Account Director include -- Working with key clients within the agency and their many touch points to develop their business
- Driving strategic direction and managing tactical delivery
- Leading and mentoring junior members, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results
- Acting as an ambassador for the agency and carry forward the agency’s ethos of valuing its people
- Building, establishing and cultivating ongoing relationships with clients

We’d love to speak to existing Account Directors seeking a change, as well as Senior Account Managers and Senior Project Managers ready for their next step - with agency-side experience within client services or project management.
