**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel is representing a Manufacturing Company based in Ashbourne.

The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator are to;
- Ensure the accurate, timely delivery of HR processes, highlighting any need for corrective action
- Ensure accurate administration and maintenance of HR databases, technology systems and filing systems
- Administration and maintenance of all ER documentation (Contracts of Employment, letter templates etc)
- Handle employee and manager HR enquiries, support management with effective case management, ensure all policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
- Administer and ensure the Employee Benefits Matrix is up to date for all employee grades.
- Collect and analyse data to provide an insight and recommendations into performance, reward and employee benefits.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Administrator will have;
- Experience in all areas of HR administration
- Experience of HR system administration
- Experience in Key Performance Indicators
- Understanding employee lifecycle and employee needs at specific points
- Equality and Diversity Management
- Handling and escalating employee issues
