In this role, you’ll provide pivotal support to these venues and develop strong business relationships that result in long term loyalty for Panther M*lk’s brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, ambitious individual to join a fast paced, fun, and exciting start-up environment. You will support this multi award winning organisation in driving brand awareness, brand distribution, and profitability.

The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:

- Achieving targets including profit, customer account management, and new distribution
- Developing a strong client network and a busy pipeline of new and potential business across bars, restaurants, hotels, festivals and events
- Working with the CEO to manage pricing
- Using market resources to identify and qualify prospective client/business development opportunities
- Building brilliant relationships with existing and new customers
- Acting as a passionate ambassador of Panther M*lk’s brand

This is a complete sales role, developing strategy, new business, and supporting new and existing clients, while providing regular, accurate reporting of your achievements.

Ideas, experience and brand opportunities across markets are shared across the team, with an open communication structure built on common goals and trust.

**Requirements**:
Panther M*lk is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who’s ready to hit the ground running and enjoys making new connections and nurturing current relationships with customers.

The essential requirements for applicants are listed below:

- 2 years experience in a sales-focused environment, preferably within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry and/or hospitality industry
- Passion for making new connections and nurturing new business relationships
- Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with different personality types
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development / new business environments
- High level of planning and organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative

**Given the field-based nature of this role a full driving licence and car is essential. Occasional weekend/ evening events work will also be required.**
