**About Us**

Billing Better help renters set up and manage all their household bills into one easy monthly payment. Our aim is to make bills more straightforward for renters and our letting agent clients, whilst providing a smooth, seamless and efficient customer experience.

**The Job**

We're a digital-first company dedicated to delivering top-notch services and we're on the hunt for team members with excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, a true passion for helping the customer and a dynamic 'can-do' attitude.

You’ll mix live chat via our digital platforms with voice work, and you’ll be the superstar that helps set us apart from the rest

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing accurate and relevant information to customers in a timely manner
- Resolving customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and escalating when needed
- Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure effective and efficient problem-solving
- Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and policies
- Suggesting improvements to our live chat system and customer service processes
- Carrying out any other duties to support the customer service team

**Requirements**:

- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Proven experience as a live chat agent or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including one Saturday each month.

You'll receive full on-the-job training and support with ample opportunity to evolve your role as you develop and as the company grows.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
