**Night Controller / Customer Service Agent**
**EVO Taxi - Professional Taxi Company Based in Crawley**

EVO Taxi, a well-established and professional **taxi company based in Crawley**, is looking for a reliable and organised **Night Controller / Customer Service Agent** to join our growing team. This key role involves booking coordination, dispatching, and delivering excellent customer service during evening and overnight hours.

**Shift Pattern**:
**4 days on / 4 days off**
**Hours**: 19:00 - 07:00 (12-hour night shifts)
The role includes weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and allocate daily bookings to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Ensure drivers are fully briefed and arrive on time for every job.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all drivers.
- Quote fares, estimated wait times, and other journey details accurately.
- Update drivers with their next pick-up/drop-off instructions in real time.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to company standards.
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- Perform any other relevant duties as required during your shift.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in the UK taxi/private hire or transport sector.
- Strong working knowledge of taxi and private hire operations and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in using computer dispatch systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to commute reliably or live within 30 minutes of Crawley.
