Are you an experienced Customer Services professional who is looking for a career change? You will have some office/admin experience coupled with good customer service experience and be able to hit the ground running in a busy and fast paced department. My client is now looking for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join their growing business based in Ringwood. Your role will see you supporting 2 admin teams in managing their customer journey, maximising customer contact points and minimising customer complaints. The successful person will be comfortable calling customers and checking that they are happy with the service received, and then request payment of their invoice. With a wide range of customer service experience, you will also have some life experience andbe able to communicate with an older demographic who are the main clientele of the business. You will then follow up on any issues, both liaising internally and going back to the customer. You will be IT literate, a great communicator, be organised and structured in how you work and be able to speak to customers on their level. You will also have "fire in your belly" and not be a shrinking violet. Your main objective will be to be responsible for being a strategic partner with the Contracts & Planning teams, implementing solutions that transform the way we provide excellent customer service. You will work in parallel with their Sales, Marketing &Operational teams to establish robust customer service processes and adherence to their Customer Complaints policies. You will act as an ambassador of the Company, to build trust and gain 5* reviews, whilst ensuring that the customer expectations are always exceed, and satisfaction levels are maintained.
