**Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:
- Providing administrative support to the **Development and Acquisitions team** across residential property projects
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of acquisition reports, development trackers, and project documentation
- Coordinating internal document filing and project records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supporting due diligence processes by gathering and organising property data and legal documentation
- Liaising with external consultants, agents, and solicitors to support development and acquisition progress
- Managing Purchase Orders and raising cheque requests and credit notes as required
- Handling supplier and contractor queries in collaboration with the accounts team
- Assisting in tracking compliance documents such as insurance, RAMS, and work permits
- Organising and maintaining project-related correspondence and documentation
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
