**Job description**: We are recruiting for a Residential property Conveyancer to join a successful firm that is based in Huddersfield.

**Hours**: 37 per week

This is an office based role however options for hybrid working up to 2 days a week at home available.
- Dealing with correspondence and paperwork as appropriate, achieve billing and time targets and render bills in a timely and commercial manner.
- provide a high standard of legal advice to residential property clients, maintaining awareness of current legal matters
- manage your caseload efficiently, cost effectively, following systems and standards laid down by the practice
- be able to work withother fee earners in the department

**Required skills**
- Proven experience in sales and purchases
- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of residential property.

**Salary: DOE
