Client Services Rep - Financial Services

My client in the financial services sector requires a number of Client Services representatives to join them on a permanent basis (some fixed term assignments available too).

The organisation provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. They provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Liverpool, Merseyside and is hybrid (3 days in the office).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve client queries
- Ensures accuracy, completeness of information and the escalation of issues
- Maintaining digital records of documents submitted by clients
- Using opportunities for self-development and self-improvement

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Work experience in a Financial background preferred
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbally
- Strong Client Service ethic
- A team player with a can do attitude
