- Basic salary of £23,000
- Hybrid working - 2 days WFH with 3 in the office in Liverpool city centre
- Contributory pension scheme
- Mon - Fri working hours only

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience working in a Client Services, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Admin, Sales Support,
- You must be able to commute to their office in Liverpool city centre
- Industry - Experience working in any financial services environment would be advantageous or experience of working in a broker environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent organisation skills and self-motivation
- Strong team player

**Job Duties**:

- Establishing settlement figures were applicable.
- Requesting and producing finance documents and issuing to dealers or external representatives via the portal.
- Handling inbound customer service calls
