Are you a seasoned Town Planning professional seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Carrington West are assisting their client, a dynamic and innovative multi-disciplinary firm, in their search for an experienced and highly motivated Town Planner on a permanent basis to lead and contribute to their diverse range of projects. As a Senior Town Planner, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take the lead on complex town planning projects, overseeing all aspects from conception to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive planning solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest planning regulations and policies, ensuring that all projects adhere to relevant guidelines and standards.
- Facilitate community consultations, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in town planning (private or public sectors), with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
