HR ADVISOR - 12 MONTH CONTRACTWe are recruiting an experienced HR Administrator looking for the next step in their career, to join a well-respected business partnering team for a global business in Cambridge.
Supporting either their Technology or Business divisions, you will have demonstrable HR generalist experience and highly developed communication and time management skills, all key to success in this busy and dynamic role.
This will involve a wide range of operational activities across - recruitment, performance management, reward and benefits, employee engagement, talent development, succession planning and employee relations, and project support.
Working collaboratively and proactively with line managers you will facilitate positive employee engagement by being the trusted source of expert advice on matters from employment law and company policy, including contract variations through to flexible working,maternity and paternity and more.
What we need from you:
- You have exposure working in a HR generalist role, or a confident HR administrator looking to step into a HR Advisor role.
- be computer literate with knowledge of HR information systems and a confident user of MS Packages
- Confidence in providing professional and pragmatic advice to managers
The role will be based at their Cambridge office offering hybrid working, at least 2 days at the office per week.
