**Project Coordinator**
Hours per week: 12 hours - Monday 3 hours, Tuesday, 3 hours (Either in the office or home), Wednesday 6 hours (1 hour lunch unpaid)
**Location**: London - 1 day in the office on Wednesday
**Salary**: £11:95 per hour
**Reporting to**: Project Manager
**Role**: Contracted

**Job Overview**
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient execution of strategic initiatives within specific projects. You must work closely with the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and supporting overall project success.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Project Coordination**
- Assist in defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of specific projects.
- creating timelines, milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project planning.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure tasks align with project objectives.
- Following up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to the project manager
- Project facilitation and creating signpost lists.
- Booking in delivery partners for respective workshops and programs
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with other departments/individuals to align project efforts with overall business objectives.
- supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones
- providing administrative support to project manager when necessary
**Resource Management**
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools, direction, and deadlines.
- Manage resources, including personnel and technology, to support project objectives.
**Risk Management**
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support in monitoring and managing project risks throughout the lifecycle.
**Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including team members and clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress during relevant meetings.
- Ensure changes are well-documented and communicated to stakeholders
**Documentation**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and relevant records.
- updating and organizing project files, such as meeting minutes and progress reports
- Using project management software to maintain charters and process flows
**Budget Control**
- Assist in obtaining and managing the project budget.
- Monitor expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
- Assisting the project manager with budgeting, logging expenses, and filing financial reports
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project coordination, with a track record of successfully supporting projects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
**Working Conditions**
- This position may require occasional travel for client meetings and other business-related activities.
- Work hours may vary and may include weekends and evenings.
**Job Type**: Part-time
