At H. Morris & Company Limited, we own, develop and rent commercial properties across four different sites in the Southside of Glasgow. We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Maintenance Supervisor, with a flexible approach, to join our small team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing day to day maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
- Assisting clients to resolve any issues they have within our properties.
- Assisting with Health & Safety compliance checks.
- Liaising with contractors to arrange any necessary repairs.
- Programming electronic key fobs.
- Operating CCTV system, as required.
- General administrative tasks, to assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful approach to clients.
- A full driving licence is required
- Show flexibility to meet operational needs with a proactive mindset.
- Experience of using MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of programming electronic key fobs would be useful, but is not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
