- We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator with experience and a strong work ethic. The ideal applicant will have a history of working as a dental nurse with outstanding communication skills, and a track record of successfully coordinating treatments. This person should be skilled in using Software of Excellence (SOE), have good sales skills, and have worked in private dentistry clinics. It is crucial to have the capacity to perform well under pressure and effectively handle several jobs at once.

The successful applicant should be able to provide understandable explanations of treatment alternatives and strategies. Organise treatment plans and make sure that patients and dentists communicate effectively. Help patients with their financial planning by offering clear explanations of costs and available payment methods. Following up with patients on treatment choices.The successful applicant must be able to post and handle our social media account being familiar with instagram and facebook posting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans and options clearly and thoroughly.
- Coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless communication between patients and dental practitioners.
- Assist patients with financial plans, providing transparent cost breakdowns and payment options.
- Follow up with patients on treatment decisions, post-procedure care, and future appointments.Experience
- Use your sales expertise to discuss treatment options and convert patient inquiries into treatment plans.
- Ensure a high level of patient retention and satisfaction, encouraging patients to proceed with proposed treatments.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and treatment acceptance targets. - Promote additional services and products offered by the practice, including cosmetic treatments, orthodontics, and dental plans.
- Demonstrate professionalism in handling the unique needs of private dental patients, including providing an elevated level of service.
- Manage patient expectations and maintain discretion regarding their treatment plans and personal information.
- Work closely with dentists and other team members to ensure the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, ideally within a private dental practice.
- Proven experience in dental reception duties and front-of-house management. - Strong track record in sales and patient conversion.Personal Attributes:

- Driven and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Positive attitude, flexible, and a strong team player.

Working Hours: Monday 8:30am - 7:00pm Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
