Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the construction industry for a Sales Administrator. The main scope of the role would be to processing and sending orders to suppliers while ordering stock and maintaining stock levels.
**Duties**:
- General Administration
- Answering any enquiries
- Preparing the quotes
- Invoicing and chasing payments
- Process purchase orders and sales orders to suppliers
- Using Excel regularly
- Dealing with issues and resolving quickly and promptly
- Develop a good product knowledge
- Build and maintain working relationships
**Experience Required**:
- Experience working in an office with great administration skills
- Experience in the Construction Industry is desired - you could have worked as a Scheduler/ Service Coordinator, looking to step away from the phones and bookings
- Excellent customer service skills is essential, being able to handle issues quickly
- Able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Good IT skills
- Must live local
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
