Oscar Tech is working with a security solutions provider with over 25 years' experience delivering complex projects in the most demanding environments. They are currently hiring for there first Business Analyst to improve the internal processes within anestablished product management team.
**The role: Business Analyst**
My client has a well-established Product Management and Development teams and are looking to improve their internal capacity, discipline and abilities with a heavy focus on creating 'user stories'. Working within a team of Product Managers, Software Developersand QA, help prepare, refine, and manage the development backlog to maximise our ability to deliver great features and products.
**Duties**
- Manage the flow of requirements into the development team, ensuring the functionality has been fully analysed ahead of implementation and an appropriate level of detail has been considered and documented to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work directly with the development team throughout the software delivery lifecycle to create high-quality and robust software that meets the needs of the business.
- Create a solid foundation to enable agile development to thrive by providing clear direction, meticulous understanding, and strong purpose as standard.
**Who they're looking for**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in writing software requirements as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development processes
- Ideally familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps platform
