Your Impact
As a Renewals Account Representative at OpenText, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer relationships by ensuring seamless renewals of maintenance and support contracts. Through proactive engagement and consultative selling, you will drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and provide exceptional service that reinforces OpenText’s value to its customers.
What the Role Offers
- Consultative selling experience, including negotiating renewal quotes and handling objections
- Ownership of the renewal process, ensuring on-time and full-value contract renewals
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive solutions
- Exposure to OpenText’s product roadmaps and strategic customer engagement initiatives
- A dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth
What You Need to Succeed
- 2-4 years of experience in software license renewals, sales, or customer account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities
- Experience working in an outbound phone sales/support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Italian or French) are advantageous
