Pektron Group Ltd is searching for an Customer Demand Planning Coordinator who will be responsible for manging customer requirements from the point of initial order to despatch.

**About you**:
You will be a customer focussed administrator who is comfortable interpreting and manipulating data, able to think on your feet and provide solutions for your customers. In addition you will be a confident communicator able to build relationships with both customers and internal departments.

**Duties**:
Review complex customer order schedules on a regular basis, analysing customer demand and providing data to internal colleagues in order reviews daily.

Liaise effectively with other parts of the business in order to ascertain when goods will be ready.

Update the customer regularly on the progress of their order and alerting them of potential problems or delays

Communicating with Pektron Business Managers and working with them on operational account management

Arrange for goods to be delivered or collected by courier in line with specific customer requirements

Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers, including order confirmation and customer order archive in line with company document control processes.

General Office Admin duties.

Adhoc reception cover, meeting and greeting customers and suppliers, answering switchboard.

**Essential Requirements**:
Excel Skills and a firm understanding of MS Word and Outlook. Although not essential, experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be beneficial, or experience of working with any MRP software.

Excellent verbal and written skills

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or O’ levels (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English Language gained at level C / 4 or above

Experience in customer service/planning function, ideally in a manufacturing supply chain environment
