Job DescriptionVP Demand PlanningLevel BFull TimeDerby/Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office)Why Rolls-RoyceWe have an exciting opportunity for a VP Demand Planning to join our Aftermarket Operations team in Derby.With an expanding Overhaul Base Network and a flying fleet that requires our continued support we are growing our Planning & Control (P&C) team in Aftermarket Operations within Civil Aerospace.Investing in our people is critical to our future success in Aftermarket P&C. We are responsible for managing the end to end supply and demand processes across our global Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Network and ensuring that our Engines return back to our customers as efficiently as possible. As our customer demand continues to increase its an exciting time to join a growing high-performing team to enable Civil Aerospace Aftermarket Operations to deliver.As the VP Demand Planning reporting to the SVP Planning & Control you will be responsible for enabling the planning integration and execution of our ambitious delivery plans.Through your team you will:Lead the Sales Inventory and Operational Planning activity for Aftermarket Operations including integration of complex demand and appropriate allocation of load into our networkCollaborate closely with our supply and demand partners internally and within our external Overhaul Base network to ensure clarity of capacity lead time constraints growth and improvement plans.Ensure demand and capacity risks are understood and forecast the levels of activity required as mitigation through robust planningConfirm Engine Induction Planning is optimized to meet customer and Rolls-Royce requirementsBe a key part of our planning and control organisation that facilitates excellence in customer delivery at optimal levels of working capital and functional/operational costs.Sustain an environment to successfully engage our teams accelerate our competency development progress and deliver world class results.We pioneer cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean safe and competitive solutions to meet our planets vital power needs.
