The Nexus Health Group was formed from the merger of five high-achieving GP practices and we provide primary care to over 70,000 patients from our 9 sites in Southwark.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced Access Hub Clinician to work within Nexus Health Group Access Hub. The Hub goes live in January, this is a centralized hub where all telephone calls and eConsults will be received/processed.
