**R&D Consumer Product Insight Associate - Air Wick**

**Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire**

The purpose of this role is to support and deliver consumer product research to the Air Care projects and activities to answer key business needs and provide insightful and relevant data/insights to enable business growth. This is a fast paced, specialist and dynamic role requiring strong collaboration with other functions within Reckitt and exposure to key stakeholders as well as external agencies to guide and advise on the most appropriate Consumer tests to undertake.

**You’ll succeed because**
- You have experience within FMCG in product categories where consumer science makes up an important part of product development, or graduate of psychology, consumer studies or behavioural science.
- You have the ability to integrate consumer methods into research plans, integrate data and draw conclusions that could generate motivating product solutions in line with a brand strategy.
- You are a strong communicator who is confident working with internal and external teams (to include 3rd party agencies etc)
- You ideally have some consumer research experience - designing and conducting quantitative consumer research studies.
- You have strong networking skills and are capable of building strong collaborative working relationships
