**Overview**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista with a passion for coffee and food preparation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting high-quality beverages, preparing food, and delivering outstanding customer service within a bustling environment. Your responsibilities will extend beyond merely making exceptional drinks; you'll also play a crucial part in ensuring that every customer enjoys a memorable experience with every visit. If you are dedicated to the art of coffee making and have a knack for preparing delicious food, we'd love to have you on board.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve various hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation as needed such as sandwiches, hot toasties, etc, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills for accurate billing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential; speciality training will be provided.
- A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
