Food & Beverage Team Leader X 2 - Part Time / Perm

Summary **Duration**:This is a permanent role on an annualised hours contract which offers realistic annual progression through the pay band which is based on annual reviews.

**The Hours**:Contracted to 1100 hours per year. Likely to be working full time during busier months with less hours in the winter months. There are no evenings or split shifts but hours will include some weekends and bank holidays.

**Salary**: £10.32 per hour / £11,352 per annum

**Duration**: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

**Location**:Glendurgan Gardens Café, Mawnan Smith, near Falmouth, TR11 5JZ

You’ll be working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team, the role of**team leader **plays a core part in providing a fantastic food and service offer to our visitors. You’ll enjoy giving amazing service and supporting our team members to maintain our very high standards. You’ll be giving your best to ensure every visitor to our café hasan unforgettable experience.

What you'll be doing Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

You will not be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available
