The Best Western Clifton Hotel Folkestone which is part of the Leaf Hotel Group requires a full time hotel receptionist to join our friendly Front of House team.

As a member of the hotel reception team you will on the 7 day a week rota and your shifts will be allocated between the hours of 7am and 11pm in the evening.

The hotel receptionist is responsible for undertaking all the duties pertaining to the efficient operation of the hotel reception area. Duties will include greeting our guests and checking them in and out of the hotel; taking reservation telephone calls; processing web and fax reservations; and handling guests requests whilst they are staying in the hotel.
